Frequently Asked Questions

  • What can I expect during my visits?
    Dr. AnnMarie brings her own table and equipment needed for your treatment. All equipment is cleaned after each use. Your vitals (blood pressure, oxygen levels, and heart rate) will be checked each visit. Dr. AnnMarie is also currently wearing a mask throughout your visit for safety. It is your choice if you would like to wear a mask as well.​
  • Where are you located?
    My home office is located in downtown Linden. I provide mobile physical therapy services throughout the Genesee County and surrounding areas. I bring physical therapy to you – whether it is at home, work, gym, or the park!
  • Do you accept my insurance?
    I am in-network with Medicare, BCBS, Aetna, Coventry Work Comp/Auto. I can also bill as out-of-network for other insurances. I also accept cash pay (with a prompt pay discount) and offer visit packages.
  • Does insurance cover you to come into my home?
    YES! I am in-network with Medicare, BCBS, and Aetna. Please contact our office for more information.
  • Are you the same as Home Health physical therapy?
    NO! I am Outpatient physical therapy, but I come to your home instead of a clinic.
  • Do I have to be considered 'home bound' to use your services?
    NO! Because I am Outpatient physical therapy, it would be the same as if you were going to a clinic. Instead, I come to your home for convenience, one-on-one physical therapy, and faster recovery.
  • Do I need a doctor's referral/prescription?
    NO! Per Michigan Direct Access laws, you can be seen for skilled services for up to 10 visits or 21 consecutive days without a doctor’s referral. For non-skilled services or Wellness services, you can be seen without restrictions.
  • I received a doctor's prescription for physical therapy for another clinic. Do I have to go to that clinic?
    NO! As a patient, you have the right to choose where you want to go for physical therapy treatment! I can use a doctor’s PT prescription still if it has another clinic’s name on it.

Now accepting Medicare, BCBS, Aetna, and Coventry Work Comp/Auto. We also offer out-of-network billing.
