The Intermediate program is designed for high school bowlers, competitive tournament bowlers, and active recreational league bowlers. 


You will perform workouts 2 days/week (you can choose to repeat more days) for 6 weeks. Each workout consists of a dynamic warm-up, 10 exercises, and a cool down. Exercises vary week to week. Very minimal to no equipment is needed to complete workouts. 


By completing this program, you will become stronger, more stable at the line, and improve endurance to roll more strikes and improve your average!

About the creator: I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and high averaging female bowler with over 30 years of bowling experience. I wanted to create an exercise program that is tailored to the bowling athlete and is focused on developing efficient bowling mechanics.
